The log itself

Three legs, one summer, in the order it happened.

What follows is the vehicle log, not a summary of it. The map below is drawn from the GPS trace, so every bend in the line is a coordinate we actually sat at.

The states are shaded by how many founding seats are left, seven per state. Find yours on the map, and claim your seat before it fills.

The actual GPS trace

Watch the summer draw itself, then find your state

This is not an illustration. Every bend is a real coordinate off the vehicle log, in order, from the first mile out of Baton Rouge to the last one back in. The states are shaded by how many founding seats are left, seven per state. Press play or drag the slider to walk the route, then tap your state to see what is open.

Walk the summer

Each bar is one day. Height is miles. Tap any of them for the route, the hours, and what the fuel cost.

Thirty three fills

The price of the summer

The line is the national average, which fell nearly fifty cents in June and climbed back through late July. Each dot is one of our fills, placed at what that state charged that day. Tap a dot.

The hard days

Some days were long. This was the longest.

Some of the studios we drove to.

Twenty two states, one summer, three legs. A few of the people who were waiting at the end of the miles. Not every studio we visited is shown here, just a handful from each leg of the drive.

Our first client event

The tour was the start. Here is what it is for.

Hosted by Victoria Nicole Fine Art & Portraits (Louisiana’s Founding Member #1, in Youngsville), the first Seven Rubies client event was a body-positive backyard celebration: ‘Everybody’s a Hott Girl Summer,’ bring your own pool. Real clients, real joy, the whole point of the miles.

and we would do it again

Seven founding seats per state, first-come.

The founding rate ($500 a year, locked for life) goes to the first seven studios in your state, and only through August 15, 2026, whichever comes first. Fill your state’s seven or pass the date, and the lifetime rate is gone.

The Founding Member badge is the part with no clock: still seven per state, first-come, but it stays open until your state’s seven are claimed, whatever the calendar says. Find your state in the map above.
